LUOBAI March 2025

Our guest in March, chatting to host Alex Fitch, was Luobai, a PhD student who has been working on a long-form graphic novel – Anxiety is a Red Monkey – as the creative aspect of her doctoral work at London College of Communication. She recently exhibited art from this project at the University of the Arts London campus in Holborn, and has published two chapters from the graphic novel as individual comics. Her work mixes elements of graphic medicine and 1970s children's books.
