Here's a cheering thought for all aspiring newspaper strip cartoonists. Arctic Circle is Alex Hallatt's comic strip about three penguins who emigrate to the Arctic. It was picked up by King Features Syndicate in the US and will start appearing in newspapers next month. Check out www.moontoon.com.
